1 whole skinless salmon fillet cut into strips. About 1.5 inches in thickness
1 cup flour divided to 2
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 parmesan cheese
1 T garlic powder
1t salt
1t pepper
2 eggs
1.5 cups vegetable oil
Seasoning
1 t paprika
1t salt
1t pepper
Directions
Combine 1/2 cup flour, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Dredge salmon to flour, and then dip into the eggs and finally the bread crumbs mixture.
Heat up oil in frying pan at low-medium heat.
Fry salmon fillets 3-4 minutes per side or until brown. Be careful not to burn it. If the salmon is browning too fast lower the heat. Drain excess oil.
Mix paprika, salt and pepper and sprinkle on top of fried salmon.
Enjoy with your favorite sauce. We had tartar sauce with it.
