Apple Cider Doughnuts
Baked Apple Cider Cinnamon Doughnuts. By far the best recipe I’ve tried. Recipe Adapated from Sally’s Baking Addiction. Tweaked a little and worked with what I have.

Dry ingredients:
- 2c flour
- 1t baking soda
- 3/4t baking powder
- 1t cinnamon
- 1/4t salt
- 1/2c granulated
- sugar
1/2c brown sugar
Wet ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2c sour cream
- 1 1/2c of apple cider for about 15minutes)
- 1t vanilla
- 2T butter
Plus:
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/4 sugar
- 2t cinnamon
Directions:In a saucepan
- In a saucepan, boil to reduce 1.5 cups apple cider. This will take 10-15 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine in a bowl all dry ingredients. Spoon and level floor in a measuring cup.
- In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients
- Spoon to doughnut pan about 3/4 full
- Bake for 11-12 minutes. Cool dougnuts.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip cooled doughnuts into melted butter and finally coat with sugar mixture
